Scrap shrdder for metal recycling industry, elv, scap steel,shredder plant Applications:The shredder is designed to shred a wide variety of light and thin materials as discarded automobiles, ELV, tin plate, household appliances, bicycles, empty cans, etc, making the materials into pure charge for steelmaking. By smashing and compressing, the shredder will remove the impurities, raise density, lower transporting and smelting cost to offer good furnace charge for steel plant. The machine is able to crush:

 

1. Whole or flattened car bodies (without tires, fuel/gas tanks, engines & gear boxes), ELV2. Tin plate material3. Electrical appliances (without motor, compressor, axles)4. Bicycles & similar materials5. Empty tanks (without liquid materials & painting, etc)6. Other scraps suitable for shredding   The scrap shredder is monitored by computer and controlled by PLC. The operations have automatic way and manual way.
